Carton palletising line to increase speed and reduce inefficiencies #
GEO PROJECT designs turnkey plants and lines in the chemical sector.
The customer GEO PROJECT asked our company for a palletising solution to handle incoming cartons from the production line of a major manufacturer of home care bottles. The prerogative of the project was ease of use, low maintenance and high speed.
The solution proposed by Duetti: the layer palletiser #
Having studied the request, DUETTI proposed to GEO PROJECT the LAYERPAL10A layer palletiser, the characteristics of which can be seen on the dedicated page of our website.
This solution can handle high speeds and produce quality pallets. The LAYERPAL10A is a machine with high efficiency and low maintenance costs.
After a year of use, the customer realised the advantages of this solution and asked us to reorganise the entire end-of-line process by installing the LAYERPAL10A palletiser on all the lines and designing a transport backbone that could convey all the pallets to the automatic warehouse.
Over time, 7 palletisers and several upstream wrapping lines were installed.
The client company is currently the most important Italian company in the detergent and soaps production sector, with production plants in Seregno, Caravaggio and Sant’Agata Bolognese.
